An individual wanted for robbery of a cookware

The Sherbrooke Police Service is looking for an individual in a case of robbery of a cookware set at the Carrefour de l’Estrie.
The gold of the robbery on November 14 at The Bay, the suspect would have dealt a stab at a security guard who tried to subdue him.

“The individual was trying to leave the store with the goods. He was intercepted by the security guard and that’s when he tried to get rid of himself by using a knife he had in his pockets, “said SPS spokeswoman Isabelle Gendron.

The suspect managed to escape by leaving behind his booty.

A woman was also involved in this robbery. She fled after the one she was accompanying.

This altercation occurred at the exit of the store La Baie in the area of ​​the food fair.

The suspect was wearing Adidas pants, a blue cap and a gray coat. The suspect is about five feet, seven inches tall, has brown hair, and a few days of beard.

SPS is asking for the public’s cooperation to obtain testimonies or images of this robbery.
