The Lévis police are looking for a suspect who tried to steal the cash drawer of a Subway restaurant on Saturday night.
The man, in his twenties, arrived at the restaurant located at 1655, boulevard Alphonse – Desjardins around 20:30. He was dressed in black and he was out of a silver-colored handgun. “When she saw the gun, the employee ran away. The suspect jumped over the counter to steal the money, but since the cash drawer was locked, he left empty-handed, “said Captain Robin Maheux.
Forensic investigators and forensic technicians were sent to collect evidence and an investigation was opened.
