The identity of the victim of the St-François accident is unveiled

The Sûreté du Québec unveiled the identity of the victim of the tragic accident Thursday night in the Windsor area.
It is about David Adam, 40 years old of Saint-François-Xavier-de-Brompton.

Recall that the man died as a result of a series of collisions involving four vehicles. His vehicle caught fire.

The accident occurred on the Highway 249 viaduct, which overhangs Highway 55 at approximately 17:30.

The driver of a van traveling southbound would have lost control of his vehicle, causing a spin with another vehicle also traveling southbound.

The van then caught fire before colliding with two other vehicles traveling in the opposite direction.

According to the Sûreté du Québec, which opened an investigation, the roadway was slippery on the viaduct.
